Our practice covers a company's life in Austria from before it exists to after it stops trading:

- Bookkeeping and payroll — annual accounts, the nine-month Firmenbuch filing, VAT returns and Austrian payroll
- Tax compliance — corporate income tax, VAT registration, and the residence rules that decide what Austria taxes
- Residence permits — Red-White-Red Card and EU Blue Card applications for founders, directors and employees
- FMA authorisation — licensing for investment firms, fund managers and payment services
- Holding structures — the participation exemption in § 10 KStG and the tax group in § 9, for a company that owns other companies
- Liquidation — orderly dissolution and deregistration of an Austrian entity, including the final filings

Can you handle company formation remotely?
Yes. The entire formation process can be completed without the client visiting Austria. We use powers of attorney and notarised documents to act on your behalf. Final company documents are delivered by FedEx or DHL.
What languages does your team speak?
Our team speaks German, English, and Russian. All documentation and correspondence can be provided in English upon request.
