Personal data submitted through this website — the name, email address, telephone number and message you enter in the enquiry form — is processed for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the engagement. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or rent it.

Service providers who process this data on our behalf

Handling an enquiry involves the following processors. They receive your data because the website could not function without them, not because we share it for their own purposes:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and the Turnstile check that protects the enquiry form from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes your IP address and connection metadata for every page you open.
• Resend, Inc. — delivery of the enquiry to our mailbox by email.
• Telegram Messenger — a parallel notification so that enquiries are seen promptly outside office hours.
• Google LLC — web fonts served on each page, and the embedded map on the contact page. Both cause a request from your browser to Google.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area, so an enquiry sent through this site involves a transfer of data abroad.

Measurement

Two further processors run on every page, whether or not you contact us:

• Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) — records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and a replay of the pointer movements and interactions in your session. Form fields are masked, so what you type into the enquiry form is not captured.
• Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. — counts visits and referring sources. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Neither is required to read the site. Blocking them in your browser or through an ad blocker leaves every page fully usable.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as we may reasonably need to answer follow-up correspondence. Where an engagement follows, the file is retained for the period required of a professional adviser by the applicable retention rules.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to its processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and say what you want done. If you are in the European Economic Area you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
