  1. 01We answer with a price and a document list, and say plainly if what you want is not possible in Austria.
  2. 02You send scans. Certified copies and an apostille are needed for some documents; we say which before you pay for any of it.
  3. 03We book the notary and file with the Firmenbuch. Most clients never travel to Vienna.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Within one to two hours during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 CET. An enquiry that arrives outside those hours is answered the following morning.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Consultations, documents and correspondence are handled in English throughout. German is used only where an Austrian authority requires it, and we prepare those filings ourselves.

Can I deal with you without coming to Vienna?

Yes, and most clients do. Consultations run by video call, documents move by post and courier, and the steps that require a physical appearance are usually covered by a power of attorney. We say which those are before you commit to anything.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

No. The first exchange establishes what you need and what it costs. You get a price and a document list before any engagement begins.
